Acceptance of Terms

By using Vertical Pursuits LLC’s services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions as well as the terms and conditions of the guide service holding the permit (likely, Vertical Pursuits LLC). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Booking and Reservation

1. Booking Confirmation:
   • Full payment is required on booking and includes a 20% deposit.
2. Participant Responsibility:
   • Participants are strongly encouraged to disclose any medical conditions, physical limitations, or other factors that may affect their ability to participate in climbing activities.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by Participants:
   • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled tour date will receive a refund, minus the non-refundable 20% deposit.
   • Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled tour date are non-refundable.
   • If the canceling participant can find someone to take their place they may receive a refund.
2. Cancellation by Vertical Pursuits LLC:
   • Vertical Pursuits LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions or safety concerns.
   • In the event of cancellation by Vertical Pursuits LLC, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
   • Vertical Pursuits LLC cannot refund travel costs such as airfare, lodging, etc.
3. Refusal of Service:
   • Vertical Pursuits LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any participant who fails to comply with safety guidelines, poses a risk to themselves or others, or engages in inappropriate behavior.

Assumption of Risks and Liability

1. Assumption of Risks:
   • Climbing activities inherently involve risks, including but not limited to falls, injury, death, and other hazards. Participants acknowledge and assume these risks.
2. Liability Release:
   • Participants are required to sign a liability release form before participating in any climbing activities.

General Terms

1. Changes to Itinerary:
   • Vertical Pursuits LLC reserves the right to modify itineraries based on weather conditions, safety considerations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
2. Intellectual Property:
   • All content, materials, and instruction provided by Vertical Pursuits LLC are the property of Vertical Pursuits LLC and may not be reproduced or used without permission. This includes posting or sharing videos of instruction.
3. Governing Law:
   • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of The United States of America. Any disputes will be resolved under these laws.

By using Vertical Pursuits LLC’s services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Vertical Pursuits LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
